Thanks to Debra and Glenn, who let some of us birders hang out in their backyard on Chicago's Northwest Side for a look at a rufous hummingbird — reportedly, it's the first one of its species ever sighted within the Chicago city limits.

I’ve always liked these maps: apps.cnt.org/bikechi/. You can also add it as an app on your phone to make it even easier. And yeah, don’t use google maps, it’ll just send you down a bunch of alleys.
