Not a particularly spooky day for me (which is fine and what I wanted) AND I finally got all my garlic planted... there is going to be So Much Garlic next year... and then decided I needed to do something with the large bowl of very ripe tomatoes so they're roasting with peppers and elephant garlic.

Our kitchen smells *amazing*. And it's truly awesome to be making decadent food from ingredients I grew myself, in the garden we built. I grew the tomatoes. And the peppers. And the elephant garlic. And the oregano. And it will be turned into delicious, decadent meals when we need it this winter.
