it's not unreasonable to make boundaries with just saying "can we talk later" or "I'm busy", people got lives outside of talking, especially with having a low social battery. I think the only issue is overextending yourself or thinking you are doing something bad by making that boundary.

I feel so bad for the people who try to reach out to me all the time that like, I don't have the RAM to socialize with If I'm ever not responding to someone, the icky part about it is that I'm stretched too thin, and putting more people in would make me crash ;_; Does anyone else have this issue?
