After observers lawfully filmed ICE in a public parking lot, the agents followed their car, boxed them in, and slashed their tire in retaliation. The observers bravely caught the whole thing on video.

JUST IN: DHS spokesperson messaged this statement today about video from ACLU showing an ICE agent slashing the tire of U.S. citizens who were exercising their First Amendment rights, recording ICE agents in public. DHS spokesperson: "This incident is currently under investigation."

The unratified 13th Amendment would've stripped citizenship from anyone accepting such a title (say, "Bishop of Rome"/"Supreme Pontiff").
