Is it weird to be proud of the way you handled yourself through a major mental-health crisis? Because now the fog is starting to lift, looking back on what I’ve been going through & how much it would have made me self-destruct a few years ago, I’m actually really happy with myself. I did alright.

I think it's too easy to blame the pandemic as an "unlearning." The majority of the social change I experienced was a direct result of learning many people are unsafe, cannot be trusted, and are not interested in making social settings safer. A lot of people still refuse to learn or gain new skills.
