this is just a weird stance for them to have. I don't know why so many people are like "everyone whose jobs we're taking were just lazy, and they did something to slight me, so they got what was coming to them". Weird rationalizations..

Yeah, I'm starting to feel the same way LOL. I think what I do may appear less impressive than it is just because someone with zero domain knowledge can get a prompt to make a facsimile of the same thing... The product will be there, but would I be able to really feel kinship with such a person?

I remember some of this! I'm sorry it happened. I think it's really gross, and I'm really happy I got out of school before I became forced to do such a thing... I was very lucky in a way.
