The fact that her fiancé is just a straight-up Republican who supports Mike Rogers makes me think that she spends time with right-wingers and is getting influenced by them (which happens to everyone who hangs out with right-wingers; it's why I think people should stop using Twitter).

Really have to give it to the Democratic Party for nominating strong candidates this election. Thanks to primary voters, and to a lesser extent some party officials, the Democrats picked a variety of charismatic, competent candidates who seem suited to their constituencies. And dodged some bullets.
