As a reminder, the word "Samhain" is pronounced "sow-in" ("sow" as in rhyming with "cow"), and it's the name of the festival that celebrates the end of summer and the start of the darker half of the year. Halloween, specifically, is called Oíche Shamhna as Gaeilge (in Irish): "EE-hə HOW-nə".
