You hit the nail on the head. For the MVP, we're focusing on read-only actions (like viewing a menu), but the core value is helping the business side organize their workflows—making them more transparent, repeatable, and stable.

Same setup here. What bit me was everything outside git: untracked .env files, node_modules, ports. Each worktree needs its own copy of those, or two agents end up fighting over the same dev server.
