The fact that the taxpayers pay for A LOT of the stadiums is a great deal for the Billionaire owners. Then they get to charge a one time PSL fee per seat (which is crazy expensive) and the owners KEEP THAT MONEY.

Same, except for short clips of gymnastics. Sometimes. It took me years to figure out why I had zero interest in sports. (I will play, not watch) I think it's because it feels so tribal and that makes my skin crawl. Dunno...🤷

Every city and team owner wants the newest, biggest, shiniest stadium in the world. Here in America they want all of that, and they want the public to pay for it. Leagues like the NFL threaten cities that teams will move if they don't comply, and they get their way. Just another billionaire issue
