She read this order very fast, and it should appear on the docket soon, so I’ll leave it there. With one last thing: Judge Reyes wanted to make very clear that there is no finding yet that DOJ/DOI counsel did violate these ethical obligations.

She is offering to DOJ for this inquiry to be conducted by a special master; otherwise she will do it herself. This will involve probing possible misrepresentations as well as timing notices in bad faith to avoid judicial review.
