Jho got Risshi from Roh-Avonavi in Oribos shortly after she arrived there. One of his wyrms shed excess anima and it coalesced into a new wyrmling. There was no room in the stable for a new wyrmling, so Roh-Avonavi just kinda dumped it on whoever was willing and Jho was it
