Hospital appointment done. Got a very nice registrar instead of my usual consultant as he’s on holiday. Was hoping for an increase in topical estrogen but apparently that’s not possible. Shame. Now to work. I feel very tired though 😫

I was about to blame my ME for sluggishness this morning, then I realised my lithium increased quite a bit last night. ME deserves blaming anyway
