I also have other things on the go today that I will have to push myself through but to be able to say I actually properly accomplished even this much on a day where I’m mentally struggling feels good. I can only hope future me appreciates this.

I’m feeling a bit proud of myself. Despite everything within the last week (celebrity deaths that matter to me and having to end a friendship that shouldn’t have been) and the biggest case of “I don’t wannas” I’ve dealt with in a while I’ve managed to slog through two loads worth of laundry.

Quite done with drama and serious conversations for the day. Turns out that friend has complex trauma and has some growing to do. Continuing the friendship* *carefully, with boundaries, and not compromising my beliefs or who I am.
