It sucks because it's unfair: conservatives just have to convince everyone that everything sucks & that everyone's out for themselves, which is *easy* in our modern info environment. Sooner or later, progressives have to convince people to trust one another, to build, to share, to feel solidarity.

The best possible interpretation is that a company with 190,820 employees and a $4.40 trillion market cap refuses to do basic quality control. But the more likely answer is that feckless Google executives have enthusiastically embraced corruption-fueled fascism at every possible turn.
