not necessarily, a dental office is still a medical setting, which is a lot better than a salon or someone's house. i'd just ask who's actually doing the injecting and how many lip treatments they've done

I wouldn’t automatically be concerned. I’d just make sure the person doing it is properly trained and qualified for cosmetic injections.A proper consultation beforehand is a good sign too. If it’s filler, I’d ask about HA since it’s well studied and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed.
