Rested (mostly lying down and lots of it sleeping) for 13 hours in order to save energy for a much-awaited catch-up with an old school friend, from 30+ years ago. As far as he could see, I'm fully functioning and as well as ever! The power of #Pacing 😄 #LongCovid

After a 3am start, and a 3-hour night-time drive, I'm RESTING today, with lots of SLEEP. It's now 4pm and I've used just ONE #VisibleHealth Pace Point so far today, as I've kept my heartrate very low. Two exciting days ahead, so I'm conserving my energy for that ☺️ #LongCovid #Pacing

4am. Sitting in the car at Strensham Services to take my Morning Stability reading on #VisibleHealth: Not bad considering that I just drove 40 miles 😄 Just lorries out and about on the M5; easy driving.

3am Wednesday. I've had 9 hours in bed, much of them asleep 🤔 EliteHRV says I'm Ready enough 🤔 KubiosHRV is not quite as convinced, but if I drive North now the roads should be nice and clear...
