ADHDers! I often struggle with being told what to do, even reasonable requests, and my head KNOWS it's fine. My body sees that person as trying to have authority over me and just goes defensive. ADHD & Authority mixed with Demand Avoidance is a bitch. I don't wanna keep doing this, any advice?

2 Years on HRT feels like forever, and also no time at all. And it hits all the more on the heels of the second episode of 'the witch upstairs' cause.. its scary, it really can be, but its worth it.
