the class going over the history of the field is incredibly well structured and while its a lot of reading, its really fun to think about and see where my own research fits in. the other two are just reading for readings sake and writing for writings sake which is incredibly frustrating

no yeah its like one of the biggest critiques on bsky, once someone follows you you have no way to remove them so softblocking isn't a thing either
