Show PostI don’t do echolalia for specific words, but I have to fight incredibly hard not to mimic accents in other people, which I’ll do quite easily. Some people tell me I don’t sound Australian, but when in rural Australia I will switch to strong Aussie accents to communicate. It’s a spectrum.
