Totally agree with this. Clearing up stock is a nightmare especially if you're left with the worst sellers. Best to take the first loss and get out as soon as you can. Hopefully you can sell it as a going concern. Be sure to cancel online accounts in the business name - like Paypal, eBay etc

I suppose it depends what you do - you need to plan 2/3 years ahead - covid stuffed me up because that’s when I should have started and it’s not a great time to be selling anything
