Vance et al LIE 24/7/365. Hospitals & medical providers must provide Culturally Competent Care. This includes medical translation services. These are remote & provided by contractors as needed (phone/zoom/etc), NOT FULL TIME MULTILINGUAL STAFF.

Uh…I work @ a moderately sized regional hospital (RN, in middle management/leadership now) & literally, those 2 things have NEVER even been compared for potential cost savings. It’s like comparing apples & oranges-JD Vance is just appallingly dumb (his whole vibe just gives full on ugh).
