the problem with getting the callsign 'wizard' over someone at a WEPTAC saying (completely unironically) "we need to get that mike black guy over here, he's a fuckin wizard at this stuff" is people will then randomly come up to you with "A4 problems" and you have to deliver

there was an actually productive trend with Fingers and CQ to try to finagle the AF to better do joint (cf insisting AFFORGEN couldn't have more than 4 buckets because that's as high as the army, and thus JS, can count) without just turning into the air army, that died under Allvin and esp cruiser

there's actually an interesting (for nerds) thread to pull on here about what the AOC's ability to run a JTF is/hould be there was a push with Goldfein to certify an AOC as a JTF command element (to army standards) that afaik didn't happen for reasons

this is fair on the NAVCENT side (although it's mostly a sign of how moronic C5F is, PACFLT wouldn't have been caught dead in this situation), but subordinating the Air Operations Center underneath an Army Div HQ for air operations is uhhhhh a choice lol
