So learning there’s like world building and lore to the revues and actual magic involved beyond vague wish granting takes away a lot of the mystique Revstar has as a whole

Part of the fun watching Revue Starlight was wondering if any of that shit happened. Like yeah a lot of it did, even the Daiba Nana stuff, but like did the movie actually happen? It’s so esoteric and cuts to so many different scenes it feels more like a metaphor than actual events.

In my humble opinion, starira sounds like ass from an idea perspective. Revstar worked because shit wasn’t explained at all and focused on the character drama, so why would you suddenly add lore to the revues and make them fight shadow monsters?
