How curious? This myeloid cell, even with its chromatins completely condensed, refuses to complete its mitosis. I thought this was my chance to image its division, but after awhile, it just moved away from me, even with its chromosomes still condensed! 🔵=MLC, 💜=H2B+LifeAct. #FluorescenceFriday
