Most often, by far, and that's a fair declaration. But always keep a skeptic's eye open for the few that (inevitably?) get corrupted. It's the Washington D.C. way in our current post-Citizens United era. That said, there's just no good faith comparison to the current, rotten-to-the-core GOP.

I particularly hate the "well to me they look the same." 1: Not even they believe that. There's some serious cognitive dissonance going on. 2: If that were true, then they're voting just based on what benefits them personally, and they're just a reactionary who happens to be trans.
