Can't believe the owner fled the scene! It is very clear that he was aware that he was very much in the wrong, I hope they throw the book at the arsehole. Fancy not trying to help! Poor little Pippa. 💔

Update: his local council have moved quickly, police were able to get video footage of the attack from a local Salvos shop, the dogs are unregistered & have been picked up to be euthanised. He has decided to pursue charges against the owner, who fled the scene.
