The reason I'm miserable when I have a medical procedure is because I SUCK at sitting still tbqh. The weed helps with that and the ibuprofen helps with whatever pain I have. The audhd makes it difficult to kinda sit in one place which you're supposed to do when you're recovering lol.

Oh that doesn't surprise me. Some folks just be like that. I turned down opiates when I got top surgery and was like 'yeah imma keep it real with you doc, I'm just gonna smoke a TON of weed and take ibuprofen' and he was actually happy about that.

Same with impacted wisdom tooth removal. Didn't have the money for anesthetic - but once it was out I instantly felt relief because the intense pressure was gone. Some folks have a fucked up pain tolerance lmao
