You ever have to read a sentence 2 or 3 times before you realize its saying something completely different than what you thought it was so then you chastise yourself b/c you know good and damn well you know what was being said but your brain decided to play mind games with itself? I finished the game like four years ago, and I've forgotten most of the rest of the game. But I still think about that one scene more often than I'd like to admit.

It's supposed to be such a pivotal scene for the series as well. The birth of the Vampire Killer whip. And they really thought they were cooking going down that route.

I think it could probably work if you were using a dagger or a sword or something suitably dramatic. But seeing Leon winding up with the whip and then her collapsing in slow motion just wipes me out.
