Views expressed are, by default, subjective and encompass my perspective that everything is political. Short form platforms and language take time to reveal complexity, I work to hold the and, and the both. Covid is airborne. Expect typos. 😷

Highlight of today's walk was hearing the Yellowhammer doing it's bread and no cheese call. I haven't seen one for about 2 months so it was lovely to see one today. Other highlights Kingfisher, Great White Egret, Tawny Owls calling to each other, Siskins, Redwings, Fieldfares etc!

Micromanaging trauma survivors without our invitation or consent is an excellent way to toggle our "controlled" & "in trouble" triggers, no matter how supportively feedback is framed.
