I’ve really stopped donating to candidates and instead fund grassroots organizers who are leading get out the vote efforts.

Donate to candidates directly. Do not donate to PACs unless you know them and they are dedicated to a specific issue and not just vaguely left-of-center PACs.

consider contributing to your local city council/school board candidate. those races can often be won with a couple thousand votes or less, and less than $5,000. And they matter so so much.

I don't donate to either the DNCC or DSCC *ever*. I will pick out a few national candidates to contribute to directly and hope they use the $ for something better than paying "consultants". Live in WA & contributed $ to AOC before she was ever elected & proud of that. F*ck "consultants".
