I find it hilarious when people talk about cities being dangerous because within my first week of moving to Minneapolis I literally walked through a street fight for a pack of Skittles from the convenience store across the street and no one even tried to hurt me.

that’s awesome to hear! the pre/post orchi difference is always quite interesting to hear about - wish we could get some actual research done there, but it makes sense that your adrenals are a lot better at handling swings in e level.

i have a friend who is also doing a similar style of higher dose at a longer interval on valerate, and not having to manage a 5 day schedule seems like it’d be real nice - 20mg/14days sounds wild, but like, if it’s working, it’s working do you notice much of an impact on your mood around the peak?
