So while I understand the concern about SOF favoritism, the primary reason this is happening is that NAVCENT didn't have the C2 bandwidth to handle ops in the SoH and 82nd's HHBn did. Just couldn't keep up with the data processing required for the USV demining ops and fucked up joint coordination
