In my debate on ST @HoCcommitteesUK report "Rewiring the State" I set out how Palantir demonstrates 3 of the 4 key barriers to digital transformation: hype, vendor lock-in, overreliance on foreign tech. That is why I called for their NHS contract break clause to be exercised.
