My former doctor has it. Last time I saw him was pre-Covid. I was walking the dog and ran into him. He recognized me and we talked. I saw his wife the next day at the gym and she was surprised/upset that he has managed to get outside in his own. He’s still alive but no longer at home.

My wife had frontal-temporal dementia.with PD. She called 911 late one Saturday night and told dispatch that children were being murdered on our front lawn. I was napping on the couch at the time. Her dementia came with hallucinations. It is a horrible disease. Full stop.

My older brother's wife has this horrible affliction, and everyone close to her is suffering as a bright and vibrant woman slides into helpless oblivion.
