I am on the wait list for a new kidney..I wear a mask whenever I am in crowded areas like grocery stores etc..after my transplant I will have to wear one ever time I step out of my home so I am getting in the habit now

I think of all the HCWs these two people exposed to airborne illness. All of which could have been prevented with a simple respirator mask. I'm convinced this is the way. Why do our OH and S hospital staff not feel the same way?

#2 just got informed of a patient I saw last month with positive TB cultures. again, no respiratory symptoms, presented with non-specific rash and abnormal labs. sick enough to get admitted and get the full workup. Again, What? Me Worry? N95 the whole time.
