Morning #RunningPunks. Over a week since my last run and I’d almost lost any sense of who I am 😁 Back today for BoC #ParkRun though, so normal service has resumed. Out of practice so did the classic too-fast-too-soon burnout but still satisfactory. Random shuffle giving some fun tunes this morning 🤘

There was cake and sweets today. This is why I hang around and help out, whether cheering on others or volunteering.

Good morning and happy parkrunday 🏃‍♀️ A lot milder here than I expected and with some beautiful autumn colours. There will be some in fancy dress but all my energy went into trying to get the roster filled and we’re still short for close down… #parkrun #eventdirector

Nice and misty today with a bit of a breeze. Didn’t have a great night’s sleep but I seemed to bounce out of bed and found the run quite easy, listening to my audiobook with a metronome backbeat. #Run #Running #GoPro #Runnersofbluesky #Run1000miles #Trailrunning #runsky #runnersover65
