It doesn't always work, of course. I make mistakes and can be ignorant, and some young people are just offended at older folks going to "their" events where they want to party only with people in their own age group, and olds are seen as "creeps" by some. It's an ongoing effort...

generation while also informing them about what older furries have spent years building the foundation for. I honestly do believe younger furs have an appreciation for history and how things are made. "The Fandom" (2020) documentary was a big hit and informative for many when it released.

A lot of young furs don't feel listened to or represented, especially when they see old people running their governments in a way they don't like and they transfer that sentiment onto "old" people running their events, rightly or wrongly. I think it's important to show we're listening to the next
