The unratified 13th Amendment would've stripped citizenship from anyone accepting such a title (say, "Bishop of Rome"/"Supreme Pontiff"). Since it was not ratified, perhaps we can infer that citizenship remains and therefore the right to vote remains too. prologue.blogs.archives.gov/2020/01/30/u...

I'm GenX. Technical Project Manager. Laid off in Nov 2025. I've put in thousands of job applications. I had one real person respond out of all those submitted. Any of the other responses were AI or wanted me submit a video of myself. No human contact at all. Still no job.
