I just got a mosquito bite on the back of my thigh, and that is not appropriate for 10/30.
Show PostAnd Republican turnout is even higher than 2022! Like its up 17%, which is incredible for an off year. Ordinarily, if I were the KSGOP, I'd be thrilled with up turnout. Its just, by comparison it looks much worse than the batty D/I turnout. I mean hell, 39% of the I vote is low propensity. Nutso!
Show PostYup! You love to see it! For seriously the past week and a half I've been like--ok, surely the Rs are gonna start catching up statewide today. And then every day, they pretty much don't. I can't imagine what the KS GOP leadership is thinking right now, besides "WTF?!? Where did our voters go?"
Show PostAgree. Arguably it maybe moved a few people who were already going to early vote to do so, as you can see this bump in turnout from last week, but it levels back to normal this week so it doesn't look to me like it added new voters.
Show PostSeems like that Trump rally in Wichita did absolutely nothing to boost R turnout.
