Provisions within P5. C4 - S104 67A emphasises that a reasonable person would have to conclude that the people in an image were real. It is a valid defence 67B (d) to consent to the acts depicted. This legislation is to patch holes in abuse scenarios, it's (hopefully) not about you.

No the UK government is not banning your ability to draw funny fetish art - stop getting mad. Websites are just overreacting because they hate even getting mildly regulated, or being held responsible for anything. Incoming legislation is very obviously targetted towards domestic and sexual abuse
