Oh my god nightmare. EMRs are difficult to navigate, especially the training ones. I guess the risk of dealing with students is... that.

Dental is really hard to get! If you're in the US and can't get medicaid (which covers basic 6/mo cleanings) I tell people to check if local colleges have dental students that offer free or reduced cleaning services for their training! My local community college does this.

I'm looking more at braces and realignment being listed here as feminization. Difficulty in brushing teeth properly could potentially lead to heart problems due to gum disease. If people are removing parts of the gumline then yeah I can see that being an issue.
