Whenever we comment on Mamdani's tightrope with regards to Trump a certain vocal minority calls it betrayal to acknowledge Trump exists. Mamdani is mayor. The mayor's job is to squeeze the lemon however he can. He's done so without betraying himself.

There was a terrible murder in the Bronx this week. A Ghananian boy, bullied at school, was shot by his tormentors. The boy's mother is in Ghana; Mamdani called Trump and got her an immediate visa.

Sir, your take on the surge in early voting? My read is they're at least as determined as concerned about fed interference at the polls. I also view 228 in the House and 51 in the Senate as floors as my median numbers are a bit higher as a lot of people are fed up w/Trump or feel betrayed by him.
