I actually haven’t seen S2 for other reasons, but many of the shows from the Big Nerd franchises that folks seem to love to hate I’m just like…it was fine? I enjoyed spending more time in that world? I don’t expect an hour of television to be life changing because the movie I saw when I was 12 was?

OK one caveat. You CAN be considered to have "failed" a polygraph if they think you're using countermeasures, like controlling your breathing or sticking a thumbtack in your shoe. I can guarantee you nobody said he was using countermeasures.

OK, so actually that's the least objectionable claim here. (Not the "polygraphs are bullshit" because that's spot on.) I wouldn't be surprised if they gave him three polygraphs. They love their bullshit. My eye is twitching because YOU DON'T FAIL POLYGRAPHS. You either pass or you're inconclusive.
