Adrian stood for leader and lost by a long shot, meanwhile Zack has taken the party to a strength never seen under Adrian’s co-leadership. Adrian doesn’t know how to democratically compete with Zack, so he resorts to complaining in the press, and it’s not a good look.

Something being one's democratic right does not make it morally right. That's a copout. Using Meta or X "responsibly" is an oxymoron. By staying there you are financially supporting those mass-murdering, narcissistic sociopaths. And that is vastly more than merely "unfortunate".
