Honestly, it's not rocket science. Do stuff that looks great on paper and put in poison pills that forces Trump to veto it. Like the Restore Rural Hospital Spending and fund it by expropriating Elon Musk Act of 2027.

The human compulsion to confess is incredible and should not be discounted. People will admit to the most insane, heinous thing out loud because they believe it and only back track when things get too hot. “Why would they say/do that? Are they stupid?” Yes and no!
