If DOI were truly addressing safety issues, they could have fixed all these other issues. But no, all they've done is cut down trees, as envisioned by Fazio's course design (which may or may not exist, according to DOJ).

So the issue here is that there are, apparently, legitimate safety hazards on EPGC. DOJ keeps insisting all of this is being done to address those hazards. Reyes wants to know why the only thing being done is, coincidentally, the biggest thing Fazio's proposed course needs done.
