"Replenished" as in, everyone using Binance can withdraw their funds because they have enough to cover all of their deposits, or "replenished" as in, everyone who looks at their account can see the funds on the screen?

Binance didn't hack itself. I see that going around. Their infrastructure for signing transactions was hacked. A common issue is NK people assuming fake identities and doing coding gig work for companies to probe for vulnerabilities. Could be something like that.
