It is, apparently, world vegan day today I've followed a #vegan diet since 2019, having been vegetarian since 1986 It is very doable, very healthy, and no more costly than other diets, provided you cook for yourself (most of the time) and don't buy processed fake meat

Get your protein from pulses or nuts; remember that you don't need as much as you think; get plenty of fresh veg and fruit And watch for vitamin B12: if you eat marmite Every Single Day Without Fail then maybe that's fine, but otherwise take a daily supplement
