Chiropractic adjustments can cause strokes in otherwise healthy individuals. On a personal note, a family member had a chiropractic adjustment and it took a back injury from "not great" to "requiring surgery". They were disabled for years.

Unless there is a very good reason, all office jobs should offer flexible working/working from home options. Whilst I am an advocate for some time each week in a communal workspace. There is absolutely no reason to force workers into an office five times a week.
